CHARLES F. BLUMENSTOCK, JR.

Chuck Blumenstock joined the firm in September 2023, bringing nearly 40 years of experience as a corporate in-house attorney and in private practice. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, Chuck earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, with distinction, before continuing to Temple University School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor, cum laude. He also holds an LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law. Chuck focuses his practice on advising business and professional clients on matters concerning business formation, general business, buying and selling businesses and professional practices, finance and tax law, and business succession and estate planning. Chuck was among the first group of Pennsylvania attorneys certified as a business bankruptcy law specialist. Most recently, Chuck served as a principal at Blumenstock Legal Advisors PC.

Chuck is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, participating in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, the Tax Law Section and the Business Law Section where he serves on a task force that amends Pennsylvania’s business entity laws. He also serves on the Business Law Section’s governing council. In addition, Chuck was an approved Mediator/Arbitrator for the Lancaster Bar Association, where he also served as former chair of the Tax, Corporate, Business and Bankruptcy, and In-House Counsel Sections. Chuck has shared his expertise in business law through teaching courses at Thaddeus Stevens College and Penn State University as an adjunct professor. Chuck is committed to community activities and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Lancaster, a facilitator for the Rotary Leadership Institute, and a graduate of Leadership Lancaster.
