Blumenstock & Blumenstock, P.C.
is a law firm whose attorneys have almost one hundred (100)
years of combined experience. The law firm is celebrating its tenth
year anniversary in 2007.
The firm primarily provides legal services, counseling and advice to closely
held businesses and their owners. Such services include risk management,
organization and governance of business entities, succession planning and
implementation, commercial real estate matters, employment related guidance,
estate planning and representation in taxation issues.
The firm’s attorneys began their legal careers with large law firms. In
addition, most of the firm’s attorneys also worked for corporations where
they hired and managed outside counsel. This in-house experience allows them
to better appreciate what clients expect and deserve from attorneys.
We represent clients in a broad cross-section of business professions
including retail and wholesale distributors, construction and restoration
contractors, physicians and/or healthcare contractors, insurance agencies,
certified public accountants and other financial consultants, real estate
investors and consultants, and management consultants and coaches.
